The room I stayed in was really clean and tidy. I also enjoyed the chef's cooking, the fish masala with mustard was delicious. the location was great, only a short distance from NH5.
The hotel staff were untrained. There was no professionalism, the staff lacked manners and were very unfriendly.

Location and food
Spent Christmas at a hotel in Balasore. Loved the key location as it was very close to NH5 and made traveling easy. the food was excellent, with the chef cooking amazing dishes like fish masala with mustard, dal makhani, and dal tadka. Prices were very reasonable in the restaurant, too, with a good value for money.
The hotel was way too pricy, there were no other options around, and even for a government property, I did not expect such a high cost. the staff were untrained, unprofessional, and had no manners.

The hotel is conveniently located within 2km of the highway, making it easily accessible. the breakfast provided is highly recommended and the chef's cooking skills are impressive, especially the fish masala with mustard and dal makhni. the rates of the food are also very reasonable.
The unprofessional behavior of some of the hotel staff, particularly the housekeeping team, can be a cause for concern. They may enter your room without permission using the master key for cleaning purposes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it is within 2km from the highway. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. There is ample parking available, making it convenient for guests with vehicles. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with the chef preparing amazing dishes. We particularly enjoyed the fish masala with mustard and the dal makhani. The rates of the food were also very reasonable, making it a great value for money.
